Welcome to Forged Prompt ("we," "our," or "the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our service.

Forged Prompt does not require account creation or login. We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers directly from you.

  • Prompt input text: The text you type into the App is sent to our AI processing partner (see Section 3) to generate a refined prompt. We may temporarily store this text in your browser to display your session history and improve service quality.
  • Usage data: We may log anonymized technical information such as IP address (used only for rate-limiting to prevent abuse), browser type, device type, and general usage patterns (e.g., number of prompts generated).
  • Cookies and similar technologies: We use cookies for basic site functionality and, where enabled, for advertising purposes (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Information

  • Generate and refine prompts in response to your input
  • Maintain and improve the App's functionality and reliability
  • Prevent abuse and enforce fair usage limits
  • Display relevant advertising (via Google AdSense)

3. Third-Party AI Processing

To generate prompt output, the text you enter is transmitted to third-party AI infrastructure providers (including Google's Gemini models, accessed via a managed AI gateway) for processing. These providers process the text solely to generate a response and do not use it to identify you personally. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information into the prompt field.

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

This site may use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.

5. Data Retention

Since the App operates without user accounts, prompt history is tied to your browser session / local storage and is not permanently linked to your identity. We retain anonymized usage logs only as long as necessary for security and service improvement purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
